IMPORTANT News from TSB: New 3 year fixed Residential products
TSB has introduced new 3 year fixed Residential products available from Tuesday 9 February.
New products introduced:
· 3 year fixed First Time Buyer and House Purchase, 0-90% LTV
· 3 year fixed Remortgage, 0-85% LTV
Improvements to Residential product range
TSB has made changes to a selection of Residential products effective on Friday 12 February.
A summary of the changes:
Rates reduced on
- 2 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and House Purchase 80-90% LTV by 0.15%
- 5 Year Fixed (5 Year ERC) First Time Buyer and House Purchase 0-60%LTV and 75-90% LTV by up to 0.25%
- 5 Year Fixed (5 Year ERC) Remortgage 0-75% LTV, £1,495 fee by up to 0.15%
All existing applications must be submitted by 8pm on Thursday 11 February 2021.
