IMPORTANT NEWS FROM TSB
On Friday 13 December, TSB is temporarily withdrawing selected 5 Year Fixed 90-95% LTV Residential products. The lender is also making the following rate reductions to its Residential, Product Transfer and Additional Borrowing products.
Residential
Rates being withdrawn:
· 5 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 90-95% LTV products.
Rates reducing on:
· 2 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 75-85% LTV, by 0.05%
· 5 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-75% LTV, by 0.15%
Product Transfer
Rates reducing on:
· Residential 5 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV, by 0.10%
Additional Borrowing
Rates reducing on:
· Residential 5 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV, by 0.10%
Brokers will be advised of the changes on Thursday 12 December at 2pm and asked to submit existing applications by the end of Thursday 12 December as they won’t be available after this time.
