IMPORTANT NEWS FROM TSB: Product changes Tuesday 16 July
On Tuesday 16 July, TSB is introducing 3 Year Fixed £495 fee Residential products with rates starting from 4.75%.
The lender is also making further rate reductions to selected Residential, Buy to Let, Product Transfer and Additional Borrowing products.
Residential
We’re introducing:
- 3 Year Fixed First Time Buyer, Home Mover and Remortgage £495 fee products, with rates starting from 4.75%
We’re reducing rates on:
- 2 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 0-85% LTV, by up to 0.15%
- 3 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 60-85% LTV, by up to 0.10%
- 5 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 0-85% LTV, by up to 0.15%
- 5 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-90% LTV, by up to 0.20%
Buy to Let
We’re reducing rates on:
- 2 Year Fixed House Purchase 0-60% LTV, by 0.10%
- 2 Year Fixed House Purchase 60-75% LTV £1,995 and £995 fee, by 0.10%
- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-75% LTV £1,995 fee, by 0.10%
- 5 Year Fixed House Purchase and Remortgage 0-75% LTV £995 and £0 fee, by up to 0.15%
Product Transfer
We’re reducing rates on:
- Residential 3 Year Fixed, by up to 0.15%
- Residential 5 Year Fixed 0-90% LTV, by up to 0.15%
- Buy to Let 2 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV, by 0.10%
- Buy to Let 5 Year Fixed 0-80% LTV, by up to 0.15%
Additional Borrowing
We’re reducing rates on:
- Residential 3 and 5 Year Fixed, by up to 0.15%
- Buy to Let 2 and 5 Year Fixed, by up to 0.15%
Brokers will be advised of the changes on Monday 15 July at 9.30am and asked to submit existing applications by the end of Monday 15 July as they won’t be available after this time.
