IMPORTANT NEWS FROM TSB: Product changes Tuesday 24 September
On Tuesday 24 September, TSB is making further rate reductions to selected Residential products.
It is also temporarily withdrawing the 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-75%, £1,495 fee products at 5pm today, Monday 23 September. Brokers will be advised to submit existing applications for these products by 5pm today, Monday 23 September, as they won’t be available after this time.
Residential
Rates being withdrawn at 5pm today:
- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-75% LTV, £1,495 fee products
Rates reducing on:
- 2 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 85-95% LTV, by up to 0.10%
- 5 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 85-95% LTV, by up to 0.20%
Brokers will be advised of the changes on Monday 23 September at 4pm and asked to submit existing applications for all other changes by the end of Monday 23 September as they won’t be available after this time.
