IMPORTANT NEWS FROM TSB: Further product reductions 26 April
On Wednesday 26 April, TSB is making the following changes to selected Residential and Buy to Let products.
Rates reducing on:
Residential
- 2 and 5 Year Fixed 75-85% LTV House Purchase, by up to 0.15%
- 2 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV Remortgage, by up to 0.25%
Buy to Let
- 2 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV Remortgage, by up to 0.20%
Brokers will be advised of the changes on Tuesday 25 April @ 10.30am and asked to submit existing applications by midnight on Tuesday 25 April, as they won’t be available after this time.
