Residential First Mortgage Products
All Purchase, Remortgage and Interest Only plans have been updated:
- 0 Status Plans:
o Max 85% LTV and £1m loan size
o 2yr fixed rates from 6.49%
o 3yr fixed rates from 6.55%
o 5yr fixed rates from 7.09%
o 5yr fixed rates with no ERC from 8.54% - 1 and 2 Status Plans:
o Max 60% LTV and £500k loan size
o 2yr fixed rates from 9.49%
o 3yr fixed rates from 9.60%
o 5yr fixed rates from 9.70%
Unencumbered Products
All 0, 1 and 2 Status plans have been updated:
- 2yr fixed rates from 7.79%
- 3yr fixed rates from 8.49%
- 5yr fixed rates from 8.59%
- 5yr fixed rates with no ERC from 8.89%
Applications on old rates will be honoured, providing an offer is made on or before April 3rd.
