We are delighted to announce a number of changes across our BTL product range, giving you more choice to support the professional landlord.
BTL Enhancements
- Landlords can now have an unlimited background portfolio
- Up to 6 properties can now be mortgaged with UTB
- Max lending limit has been increased to £2.5m
Where a borrower has more than 10 BTL’s in their portfolio, a cashflow statement is required. Where a borrower has more than 20 BTL’s or a portfolio in excess of £5m, we will also require a Business Plan. Both templates are available on the UTB Portal.
