UTB BTL Valuation Process
Thank you for being part of our initial BTL product roll out, the uptake has considerably passed our expectations. We have many more product features on the horizon that we are excited to share with you in due course, however before we do so it was necessary for us to review our process.
Following the review, effective immediately and in line with our owner occupier residential mortgage process we are happy for you to instruct your own valuations for each of our BTL products. This will give you control back and aid you and your staff to manage the client relationship.
Our full range of BTL Valuation Reports are available from Pure Panel Management and Metropolis Surveyors where the property is a single dwelling.
When instructing please carefully choose the correct report –
· BTL – for single dwelling property
· BTL HMO/MUB – for HMOs to 6 rooms or MUBs to 6 units
· Red Book – for HMOs 7-10 rooms or MUBs 7-10 units.
