Express Payment Requests are showing error messages but please ignore these as the requests are being received. The error relates to the email confirmation only. 

The company will be closing early on Tuesday 16th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 17th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

The deadline for express requests on the 16th September will be 1 PM.

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Bank Statements – NO LONGER REQUIRED

Effective immediately, UTB do not require bank statements as standard at application. Customer Bank Account details will now be verified digitally, with no additional information or work required by yourselves, or the customer. This means:

  • Less paperwork
  • Faster turnaround times
  • A smoother, more efficient application journey

We’re committed to making your experience with UTB as seamless as possible. Recent Second Charge enhancements include:

  • £0 Product Fee on loans under £40k (used to be £995)
  • Max loan increased to £1m up to 80% LTV (ERC plans only)
  • Unlimited overpayments on all second charge loans
  • Loans available up to 90% LTV
  • AVM criteria has been enhanced, covering c85% of all cases
