Fee updates
We have recently updated some fees on our products as below:
£155 Mortgage Exit fee – (Consisting of £25 Redemption Statement Charge, £30 Deeds Release Fee and £100 Deeds Sealing Fee) is now becoming one flat fee of £100 titled Mortgage Exit Fee.
£15 CHAPS Fee – Increasing to £20 CHAPS Fee
