Express Payment Requests are showing error messages but please ignore these as the requests are being received. The error relates to the email confirmation only. 

The company will be closing early on Tuesday 16th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 17th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

The deadline for express requests on the 16th September will be 1 PM.

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

Vida Update

Vida  Homeloans has updated its range across the direct to lender and packaged range.  Brilliant Solutions offers fees free packaging across the range as well as direct to lender access with payment on completion.  Vida’s rates are available here and details on Vida’s criteria is available here.  For more information you can contact our team

Vida Homeloans Rate Change Notification

Following our relaunch back into the intermediary market in August, we have received an overwhelming response from our intermediary partners and are receiving unprecedented application volumes. As a result, we are temporarily withdrawing a selection of products to protect service levels for intermediaries who have already submitted cases to us.

Please see the below changes to our rates and product ranges as of 13th October.

  • Withdrawal of 85% LTV band on both Resi and BTL
  • Withdrawal of 80% LTV band on Resi 2 year products
  • Withdrawal of 80% LTV band on BTL 2 year products
  • Withdrawal of all 2 year RTB and HTB products
  • Increase in initial rate on some of the remaining Residential and BTL products
  • Replacement products will be available on Tuesday 13th October
  • Decisions in Principle must be submitted, with product selected, by 8pm on Monday 12th October. After this you will be required to select a product from the new range to proceed.
  • All mandatory docs must have been uploaded, fees paid, and case progressed to ‘Application Received’ stage, by 8pm on Thursday 15th October
