We’re increasing selected fixed rates
We wanted to let you know that we’re increasing the following Virgin Money fixed rate products at 8pm on Wednesday 6 November.
Purchase
- All Shared Ownership deals now with a free valuation, plus £200 cashback.
- 95% LTV 5 year fee-saver will be reduced by 0.06%, to 5.03%.
- 80% LTV Exclusive rates will be increased by up to 0.09%, starting from 4.21%.
- 80% LTV Fix and Switch fee-saver will be increased by 0.20%, to 4.90%.
- 90% LTV Fix and Switch fee-saver will be increased by 0.15%, to 5.39%.
- 90% LTV 2 & 5 year rates will be increased by up to 0.10%, starting from 4.69%.
- 90% LTV Own New rates will be increased by up to 0.10%, starting from 2.47%.
- 75% & 95% LTV 10 year rates will be increased by 0.10%, starting from 4.99%.
- Retrofit Boost 7 & 10 year rates will be increased by 0.10%, starting from 5.54%.
Remortgage
- 75% LTV Fix and Switch fee-saver will be increased by 0.20%, to 4.94%.
- Selected 80% & 85% LTV 2 year rates will be increased by up to 0.06%, starting from 4.82%.
- Selected 80%, 85% & 90% LTV 5 year rates will be increased by up to 0.10%, starting from 4.47%.
- 75% LTV 10 year rate with £995 fee will be increased by 0.10%, to 4.99%.
- Retrofit Boost 7 & 10 year rates will be increased by 0.10%, starting from 5.54%.
BTL
- Fix and Switch rates with £495 fee will be increased by 0.20%, starting from 4.94%.
- Fix and Switch fee-savers will be increased by 0.20%, starting from 5.20%.
- Retrofit Boost 7 & 10 year rates will be increased by 0.10%, starting from 5.89%.
Product Transfer
- Selected 80% & 85% LTV 2 year rates will be increased by up to 0.06%, starting from 4.82%.
- 85% LTV 3 year rates will be increased by up to 0.06%, starting from 4.82%.
- Selected 5 year rates will be increased by up to 0.10%, starting from 3.99%.
- 90% LTV 7, 10 & 15 year rates will be increased by 0.10%, starting from 5.09%.
