Virgin Money Update

WE’RE MAKING SOME CHANGES

We wanted to let you know that we’re making some changes to the following Virgin Money products at 8pm on Tuesday 5 March.

Purchase Exclusives

• 90% 5 year fixed rate fee-saver will be increased by 0.05%, starting from 4.80%.

Remortgage Exclusives

• 70% 5 Year Fix and Switch with £1,495 fee will be increased by 0.06%, at 4.85%.
• 70% 5 Year Fix and Switch fee-saver will be increased by 0.07%, at 5.16%.
• 85% & 90% 2 & 5 Year Professional Fixed Rate fee-savers will be increased by 0.18%, starting from 4.90%.

£1m+ Purchase and Remortgage Exclusives

• 75% LTV 2 & 5 year fixed rates with £1,995 fee will be increased by up to 0.23%, starting from 4.79%.

BTL Exclusives

• 5 year fixed rates with 3% fee will be increased by up to 0.10%, starting from 4.17%.

Core

• 95% 5 year purchase fixed rate fee-saver will be increased by 0.10%, at 5.19%.
• Selected 2 & 5 year remortgage fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.25%, starting from 4.79%.

Product Transfer

• Selected residential 2, 3 & 5 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.10%, with rates starting from 4.35%.

We’ll also be withdrawing the following products at 8pm on Tuesday 5 March:

• 90% LTV 2 Year Purchase Exclusive Fixed Rate with £1,295 fee at 5.18%.
• 85% LTV 2 Year Professional Purchase Exclusive Fixed Rate fee-saver at 5.22%.
• 90% LTV 2 Year Professional Purchase Exclusive Fixed Rate fee-saver at 5.40%.
• 85% LTV 2 Year Purchase Exclusive Fixed Rate fee-saver at 5.24%.
• 90% LTV 2 Year Purchase Exclusive Fixed Rate fee-saver at 5.42%.
• 60% LTV 2 Year Remortgage Exclusive Fixed Rate with £995 fee at 4.94%.
• 70% LTV 2 Year Remortgage Exclusive Fixed Rate with £995 fee at 4.99%.
