We’re increasing Clydesdale Bank rates
Changes made from 8pm on Wednesday 17th August;
- Core 65% – 95% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.20%
- £1m+ 65% – 85% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.10%
- Professional and Newly Qualified Professional rates will be increased by up to 0.19%
- Core BTL 60% – 75% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.11%
- Core BTL 80% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.25%
- £1m+ BTL 2 and 5 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.05%
Just so you know – our new rates will show on all sourcing systems and our online application system from 18 August 2022. Our mortgage illustrator will be updated on the afternoon of 18 August 2022
