We’re increasing rates
We wanted to let you know that we’re making some changes to the following products at 8pm today.
Core
- Selected 65% – 95% LTV fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.26%.
- Selected BTL 60% – 75% LTV fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.21%.
Exclusive
- Selected 85% – 90% LTV fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.14%.
- Selected BTL fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.03%.
The end dates will move to 1 October of the relevant year.
