We’re reducing selected fixed rates
We wanted to let you know that we’re making the following changes on Tuesday 23 September.
Exclusive Purchase
- NEW 75% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £895 fee will be launched at 3.99%.
- NEW 75% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver will be launched at 4.24%.
- 75% LTV 5 year fixed rates will be reduced by 0.16%, starting from 4.06%.
- 80% LTV 2 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.08%, starting from 4.07%.
- 80% LTV 5 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.04%, starting from 4.18%.
- 90% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver will be reduced by 0.16%, to 4.52%.
- 90% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver will be reduced by 0.03%, to 4.52%.
Purchase
- 95% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver will be reduced by 0.10%, to 4.99%.
- 95% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver will be reduced by 0.10%, to 4.89%.
Remortgage
- 65% LTV 2 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.34%, starting from 3.99%.
- 65% LTV 5 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.12%, starting from 4.04%.
- 75% LTV 2 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.15%, starting from 4.04%.
- 75% LTV 5 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.08%, starting from 4.08%.
BTL
- 60% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with 3% fee will be reduced by 0.15%, to 2.83%.
- 75% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with 3% fee will be reduced by 0.10%, to 3.04%.

95% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver at 4.99% will be withdrawn.
