We’re reducing some rates
We wanted to let you know that we’re reducing the rates on the following mortgages on Friday 27 November.
Exclusive
- 65% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £1,495 fee will be reduced to 1.39%
Core
- 65% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee will be reduced by 0.16%
- Selected 85% LTV fixed rates will be reduced by 0.15%
- Selected BTL 60% LTV and 75% LTV fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.23%
