We’re reducing selected fixed rates
We wanted to let you know that we’re reducing the following Virgin Money fixed rates on Thursday 29 August.
Purchase with £995 fee and £300 cashback
- 85% LTV 2 Year will be reduced by 0.20%, to 4.74%.
- 90% LTV 2 Year will be reduced by 0.08%, to 5.14%.
- 85% LTV 5 Year will be reduced by 0.20%, to 4.34%.
- 90% LTV 5 Year will be reduced by 0.17%, to 4.59%.
Purchase fee-saver with £300 cashback
- 85% LTV 2 Year will be reduced by 0.14%, to 5.05%.
- 90% LTV 2 Year will be reduced by 0.08%, to 5.39%.
- 95% LTV 2 Year will be reduced by 0.11%, to 5.68%.
- 85% LTV 5 Year will be reduced by 0.15%, to 4.54%.
- 90% LTV 5 Year will be reduced by 0.28%, to 4.72%.
- 95% LTV 5 Year will be reduced by 0.18%, to 5.14%.
Exclusive Purchase with £300 cashback
- 80% LTV 2 Year with £895 fee will be reduced by 0.08%, to 4.63%.
- 80% LTV 5 Year with £895 fee will be reduced by 0.10%, to 4.22%.
- 80% LTV 2 Year fee-saver will be reduced by 0.05%, to 4.88%.
- 80% LTV 5 Year fee-saver will be reduced by 0.12%, to 4.32%.
- 90% LTV 5 Year Professional fee-saver will be reduced by 0.28%, to 4.71%.
We’ll also be making the following changes:
- Selected Shared Ownership rates will be reduced by up to 0.24%, with rates starting from 4.29%.
- Selected 80% LTV Exclusive Remortgage rates will be reduced by up to 0.09%, with rates starting from 4.52%.
- Selected Own New rates will be reduced by up to 0.20%, with rates starting from 0.45%.
- Selected Retrofit Boost rates will be reduced by up to 0.20%, with rates starting from 4.29%.
- BTL rates with £2,195 fee will be reduced by up to 0.14%, with rates starting from 4.17%.
- Selected BTL rates with 1% fee will be reduced by up to 0.07%, with rates starting from 4.34%.
- Selected BTL rates with 3% fee will be reduced by up to 0.02%, with rates starting from 3.88%.
- Selected BTL rates with £995 fee will be reduced by up to 0.12%, with rates starting from 4.44%.
- Selected 65% & 75% LTV Product Transfer rates will be reduced by up to 0.15%, with rates starting from 3.94%.
- Selected BTL Product Transfer rates will be reduced by up to 0.12%, with rates starting from 4.15%
