NEW: We’re shaking things up – Introducing E-signatures
We’re delighted to announce the immediate launch of electronic signatures across our 2nd charge mortgage proposition via Docusign and our Solicitors, Graphene Legal.
This development is designed to streamline the completion journey, enhance efficiency and deliver a more seamless experience for both you and your customers. This will also eliminate the need for printing and posting documents, ultimately helping to improve completion times.
What’s Changing?
- All deeds and related documentation will now be signed electronically via Docusign.
- You’ll benefit from full visibility of each case from start to finish.
- The new process allows for faster, paperless transactions with greater control.
To get started, simply email our Broker Support team at [email protected] with a central email address. This will be the address our Solicitors use to send documentation and updates for all cases, giving you clear oversight every step of the way.
