Removal of Signed Direct Debit Mandate
We’re pleased to let you know that with immediate effect; we’re removing the need for a signed Direct Debit mandate. We will carry out internal checks to verify the bank details. If the details cannot be verified, we will require a copy of a recent bank statement to confirm the details are correct.
This change applies to all pipeline business as well as new applications.
