- Unregulated rates from 0.75%
Suitable for:
- Loan sizes between £150,000 and £1 million (up to 75% LTV)
- First-charge Residential loans
- UK nationals/residents with no adverse credit
Not suitable for:
- Properties requiring works (except light cosmetic)
- Re-bridging cases
