West One BTLs – Important Product Changes effective from 30th May 2022
We are writing to update you on some changes to our product range effective from 30th May 2022. The revised product range will be available for selection on our broker portal from this date.
A summary of the changes is noted below:
Product changes
- All current fixed rate products are to be withdrawn
- A new fixed rate product range will be available with pricing from 3.84%
- Reintroduction of our Standard W1 80% 2-year fixed priced at 4.84%
- Reintroduction of our W2 2-year fixed products with rates from 4.34%
