Tomorrow we’re launching 3 x NEW 5 Year Fixed Rate Standard products (Thurs 4 March), which will be live on our Online Portal from 9am.
Features are:
- Standard range only
- New lower rates on 5 year fixes on all LTVs – 65%, 70% (up to £1.5m) and 75% (up to £1m)
- Minimum loan application of £200,000
- 2% Product Fee, with no upfront application fee
* Maximum LTV for portfolios with aggregate loans of more than £2,000,000 is 70%.
