Reduced fixed rates
We’re kick-starting the new week by reducing the majority of our Fixed Rates. Our lowest BTL rate is now just 3.44%.
‘No Product Fee’ options are also now available on both our 2 and 5 Year Fixed Rates for standard properties, HMOs and MUFBs.
With these lower rates and more product options, we can help your landlord clients leverage their properties the best way for their individual needs.
