NEW fixed rates now available
There are a few things to note:
- Rates from 7.10%
- 10bps discount for properties with an A-C EPC rating
- Available on standard properties, HMOs, MUFBs, new builds and flats above commercial premises
- Maximum LTV is 75%
- To secure a rate, the case must proceed to offer within 60 calendar days of the application*
- Non-refundable application fee of £200. Product fee is 2% of loan amount.
