Reduced fixed rates
It’s a sun-sational Friday at Zephyr HQ. Not only is the sun out and temperatures are getting HIGHER, the majority of our 2 and 5 Year Fixed Rates are now LOWER. Our lowest rate is now just 3.59%.
We’ve also introduced an 80% LTV option on 2 Year Fixed Rates for standard properties, HMOs and MUFBs, to give even more choice and help landlords leverage their properties the best way for their individual needs.
