Advance notice of rate changes
Following recent movements in swap rates, we’ll be increasing our fixed rates by 20bps from Friday. Brokers can secure our current, lower fixed rates by submitting a full mortgage application by 5pm tomorrow.
We’re also reducing our Large HMO & MUFB Lifetime Tracker rates by 25bps from Friday. Available on HMOs up to 12 bedrooms and MUFBs up to 12 units, these products offer the flexibility of no early repayment charges.
