We have enhanced our criteria and service to help professional landlords reach for the sky with their expanding portfolios. Our portfolio service now includes:
- No limit on the total portfolio loan amount (over £5m assessed on a case-by-case basis)
- Only one £200 application fee (if all properties submitted within 6 weeks)
- One dedicated underwriter for all properties
- Bespoke service to help get cases over the line
Loans are available to individual and limited company (SPV) landlords on a wide range of property types.
For large portfolios, the sky really is the limit with Zephyr!
