Product update
On Monday we are increasing our fixed rates:
- 2 year fixed rates will increase by 20bps
- 5 year fixed rates will increase by 15bps
We know it’s a difficult period for brokers to look after their pipeline, so we’re giving advance notice of the reprice so that they have time to secure the current rates.
Applications submitted by the end of Sunday will benefit from current rates. We’re encouraging brokers to submit by 5pm tomorrow (Friday), when our team is on hand to support with any questions or last-minute checks. Applications can still be submitted over the weekend, but we won’t be available to assist during that time.
