We’ve just reduced our Large HMO and MUFB Fixed Rates by 25bps, giving landlords even more room to grow their portfolios.
Rates now start from just 2.74% for HMOs with 7-12 bedrooms and MUFBs with 7-12 units. For HMOs/MUFBs up to 6 bedrooms/units, rates start at 2.49%.
