90% Lending / improved rates
Please find attached revised mortgage package which will take effect from 11th June 2021. We will be back to lending up to 90% LTV.
You will note the main changes are as follows:
- 2 year variable rate product for house purchase reintroduced at 90% LTV
- 2 year and 5 year fixed rate products for house purchase reintroduced at 90% LTV
- 5 year fixed rate product for house purchase at 85% LTV improved
- Products which were specifically for NEW BUILD have been removed. All products are available for New build
- 5 year fixed rate products for remortgage reintroduced at 85% LTV
- Selected product switch rates improved
