We’ve reduced selected Clydesdale Bank rates.
We wanted to let you know that we’ve reduced the rates on the following Clydesdale Bank products.
- Selected residential 85% LTV 2 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.10%.
- Selected residential 90% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.12%.
- Selected residential 95% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.10%.
To confirm what we said on 5 January 2022, our Standard Variable Rate has moved to 4.49%, our Offset Variable Rate has moved to 4.70% and our Offset Variable Investment Housing Loan Rate has moved to 5.10%.
