IMPORTANT BASE RATE NEWS FROM TSB: 8 August 2022
To reflect the new Bank of England base rate increase, TSB have made the following changes to their products from Monday 8 August:
- All tracker rates increased by 0.50%
- First Time Buyer follow on tracker rate increased to 4.24%
- Homeowner Variable Rate increased to 5.24%
- Buy to Let Variable Rate increased to 6.09%

Brokers will be informed of these changes on Monday 8 August at 10am.
From 10 August, TSB are making changes to some of their Residential products.
Residential
- 5 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and House Purchase £995 fee, rates increasing by up to 0.35%
Brokers will be advised of the changes on Tuesday 9 August at 10:00am and asked to submit existing applications by midnight on Tuesday 9 August, as they won’t be available after this time.
