Product changes 28 June
On Wednesday 28 June, TSB is making the following changes to its Residential, Buy to Let, Product Transfer and Additional Borrowing ranges.
Residential
Rates increasing on:
- 2 & 5 Year Fixed House Purchase and Remortgage rates, by up to 0.35%
Buy to Let
Reintroducing 2 Year House Purchase and Remortgage products
Product end dates move out to the end of October
Product Transfer
Reintroducing 10 Year Fixed Residential products
Product end dates move out to the end of October
Rates increasing on:
- 2 Year Fixed Buy to Let 0-75% LTV, by up to 0.30%
- 5 Year Fixed Residential 0-90% LTV, by up to 0.35%
Additional Borrowing
Rates increasing on:
- 2 Year Fixed Buy to Let, by up to 0.30%
- 5 Year Fixed Residential, by up to 0.30%
- Product end dates move out to the end of October
Brokers will be advised of the changes on Tuesday 27 June at 10.30am and asked to submit existing applications by midnight on 27 June, as they won’t be available after this time.
