Express Payment Requests are showing error messages but please ignore these as the requests are being received. The error relates to the email confirmation only. 

The company will be closing early on Tuesday 16th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 17th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

The deadline for express requests on the 16th September will be 1 PM.

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

Progressive Building Society Update

Progressive Building Society have announced some forthcoming changes.  See below for details.  For current product information, lending criteria etc their intermediary website can be accessed here  REMEMBER, you can also speak to our dedicated Specialist team for more information or guidance.

PROGRESSIVE NEW RATES

Please find below our revised mortgage package which will take effect from tomorrow, 13th March. All changes are noted in red on the attached package.

You will note the main changes are as follows:

  • Discounted Variable Rates for House Purchase, Re-Mortgage & Product Transfers have been increased
  • Selected Re-Mortgage Fixed Rates have been increased
  • Re-Mortgage 2 Year Fixed Rate @ 75% LTV (no fee) has been reduced
  • Selected 2 Year Fixed Rates for Product Transfers have been increased

Please note that applications for rates from our current package must be submitted by close of business today.

Packaging Requirements

Should you make an application to the Society on behalf of your client, the supporting documents must be uploaded within 5 business days to allow us to progress the application. If we do not receive the required supporting documentation, unfortunately we will be unable to progress the application and the case will be cancelled. This will allow us to better serve our valued broker network and ensure that our service levels remain strong.
