On Tuesday 3 December, TSB is making the following rate increases to its 90-95% LTV Residential products. The lender is also temporarily withdrawing its 3 Year Fixed 90-95% LTV Residential products.
Residential
Rates being withdrawn:
· 3 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 90-95% LTV products
Rates increasing on:
· 2 and 5 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 90-95% LTV, by 0.10%
Brokers will be advised of the changes on Monday 2 December at 10am and asked to submit existing applications by the end of Monday 2 December as they won’t be available after this time.
