Our Residential stress rates on our affordability calculator have been updated and enhanced to allow customers to borrow more and help with affordability challenges.
Income evidence streamlined
We have streamlined our income evidence requirements for Residential customers, and we will now only require one latest payslip where basic income only is being used for affordability purposes.*
*Additional payslips/evidence may be required for proof of commission, bonuses, allowances, overtime, subsidies, second job income etc.
New Products
There’s also several new products available, including Buy to Let Limited Editions, with a 4,%, 5% and 7% fee.
