We’re withdrawing a selection of our mortgage products on 1st July 2025 due to exceptionally high demand
From close of business on 1st July 2025, we will be withdrawing a selection of mortgage products across our Residential, Expat and Holiday Let range.
List of mortgage products being withdrawn on 1st July 2025
We expect to be in a position to relaunch new mortgage products within the coming weeks.
Further information regarding this relaunch will be shared in due course.
How this will affect you
New DIPs:
Any new DIPs submitted for the withdrawn products will be accepted until close of business on 1st July 2025.
New applications:
Mortgage applications for the withdrawn products will require the basic packaging requirements (including fees) to be submitted by close of business 3rd July 2025.
After this date, applications for these products will no longer be considered.
