Express Payment Requests are showing error messages but please ignore these as the requests are being received. The error relates to the email confirmation only. 

The company will be closing early on Tuesday 16th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 17th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

The deadline for express requests on the 16th September will be 1 PM.

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

Vida Update

Product Withdrawal Notification

Ahead of product changes effective Thursday 18th September, we will be making two separate product withdrawals over the coming days that we want to give you advance notice of:

Change 1

Three of our New Business BTL Limited Edition products will be withdrawn at the close of business, Monday 15th September at 5.00pm:

  • 2 Year fixed, Vida 36, 75% LTV Core Product with 5% fee at 2.82%
  • 5 year fixed, Vida 36, 65% LTV Core Product with 7% fee at 3.71%
  • 5 year fixed, Vida 36, 75% LTV Core Product with 7% fee at 3.76%

All other products (including other Limited Edition products) will remain unchanged.

Transition arrangements

For the impacted products, Decisions in Principles, with products selected, must have been completed by 5.00 pm on Monday 15th September.

For any cases currently in the pipeline, for the products affected, all mandatory documents must have been uploaded with fees paid, and case progressed to ‘Application Received’ stage, by 5.00pm on Monday 22nd September, Where either the fee has not been paid or the mandatory documents have not been uploaded, the case will be returned to the DIP stage, and a new product will need to be selected.

Change 2

All Other New Business and all Product Transfer Products will be withdrawn at close of business, Wednesday 17th September at 5:00pm.
