Rate updates on 2-Year products and extended terms on 5-Year Fixed products
From Friday 5 December 2025, we’re updating the rates on our 2 Year Fixed and 5 Year Fixed and Income Flex Variable products, and extending the end dates on our 5 Year Fixed products to 28 February 2031.
Rate changes
- Core – 2 Year Fixed – 80% LTV – Rate amended from 5.55% to 5.60% – HVF26 (previous code – HVF21)
- Core – 2 Year Fixed – 90% LTV – Rate amended from 5.85% to 5.90% – HVF27 (previous code – HVF22)
- Core – Fixed to 28/02/2031 – 80% LTV – Rate amended from 5.49% to 5.59% – F275 (previous code – F271)
- Core – Fixed to 28/02/2031 – 90% LTV – Rate amended from 5.75% to 5.82% – F276 (previous code – F272)
- Income Flex – 2 Year Discount – 80% LTV – Rate amended from 4.84% (2.05% off Homeowner Variable Rate) to 4.94% (1.95% off Homeowner Variable Rate) – IFHD10 (previous code – IFHD8)
- Income Flex – 2 Year Discount – 90% LTV – Rate amended from 5.04% (1.85% off Homeowner Variable Rate) to 5.14% (1.75% off Homeowner Variable Rate) – IFHD11 (previous code – IFHD9)
