Supporting landlords who are investing in energy efficient properties is important to us
That’s why, we’re excited to bring you our new range – specifically for Buy to Let and Limited Company BTL landlords with properties rated EPC A, B or C.
This means, your landlord clients that are buying or remortgaging could benefit from lower rates, if their properties meet this standard.
Here’s how it works:
- The property must have a valid EPC rating of A,B or C. We’ll verify this during the process using the official government EPC register.*
- If your client is buying a new build, we’ll need to see the Predicted Energy Assessment (PEA).
- Eligible products will be clearly marked with ‘EPC A-C’ on our website and sourcing systems.
- These products are available for purchase and remortgage applications only.
* Please only choose a product from our EPC A-C range if it matches the criteria. If you choose one of these products for a non EPC A-C property, the case will be cancelled.
