We’re increasing our residential mortgage rates
With effect from Wednesday 4th February, we’ll be making a number of increases to our residential mortgage rates.
The change includes increases to the following fixed rate product ranges:
- Home Mover – 2 year 60% – 95%% LTV increasing by up to 0.10%
- First Time Buyer – 2 year 60% – 95% LTV increasing by up to 0.10% and selected 5 years increasing by up to 0.07%
- Remortgage – 2 and 5 year 60% – 75% LTV increasing by up to 0.07%
