Full Mortgage Range Withdrawal Notification
Due to exceptional and rapidly changing market conditions, we will be withdrawing both our New Business and Product Transfer mortgage product range at 11:59pm today, Tuesday 24th March. We will then relaunch a new range of fixed rate products the following morning, Wednesday 25th March.
To ensure we can progress your case as smoothly as possible, please ensure all fees are paid and mandatory documents are uploaded, with the case progressed to the ‘Application Received’ stage by 11:59pm Tuesday, 24th March. Without these, we may not be able to progress your case and may have to return it to the DiP stage.
We recognise that we aren’t giving as much notice as we would like given market volatility, but we want to assure you that we remain focused on delivering the excellent service you’ve come to expect from Vida, and ensure, wherever possible, that we maintain the availability of our fixed rate products.
