Halifax Intermediaries product changes – Wednesday 1 April 2026
We are making the following changes to our mortgage product range with effect from Wednesday 1 April:
Purchase
- Rate increases of up to 0.15% on all 2 and 3 year fixed rates
- Rate increases of up to 0.05% on all 5 year fixed rates
- Complete by dates extended
Remortgage
- Rate increases of up to 0.15% on all fixed rate products
- Complete by dates extended
Product transfer and further advance
- Rate increases of up to 0.15% on all 2, 5 and 10 year fixed rates
- Complete by dates extended
Further information
- The product search tool on the Halifax Intermediaries website, Halifax Intermediaries Online and sourcing systems will be updated by Wednesday 1 April.
- To secure existing product codes, please submit applications in full by 8pm on Tuesday 31 March
