Product Withdrawal Notification
We would like to give you advance notice that we will be withdrawing all Residential New Business and both Residential and Buy to Let Product Transfer mortgage products 11:59pm Thursday 7th May.
We will then relaunch a new range of both Residential and Buy to Let products Friday, 8th May.
Transition arrangements
Decisions in Principle, with selected products must be completed by 11:59pm Thursday, 7th May.
To ensure we can progress your case as smoothly as possible, please ensure all fees are paid and mandatory documents are uploaded, with the case progressed to the ‘Application Received’ stage by 5:00pm Monday, 11th May. Without these, we may not be able to progress your case and may have to return it to the DiP stage.
Pathway products do not have the £195 Assessment Fee payable for a limited time.
