Updated retention rates: increases and reductions
On Friday 29 May, we’re implementing a small number of rate increases and reductions, including rate cuts of up to 0.25% on ERC-free variable rate products. These changes apply to retention products for existing customers only.
The following ranges are affected:
- Residential
- Standard buy-to-let
- Retirement interest only
- Limited company buy-to-let

Withdrawn Product Codes
Please see below for a list of products being withdrawn on Friday 29 May. Applications for withdrawn products must be submitted by 9am on Friday 29 May.
Please provide all the mandatory supporting documents, as requested in the portal, when submitting a full mortgage application. Thank you.
