New rates on selected two-year discount products
From 9am on Friday 10 July 2026, we’re updating the rates on our two-year discount products across our Core, Buy-to-Let, Income Flex, and Remortgage product ranges.

Core – 2 Year Discount – 80% LTV
Rate amended from 4.50% (2.39% off Homeowner Variable Rate) to 4.70% (2.19% off Homeowner Variable Rate) – H2D03 (previous code – HVD30)
Buy-to-Let – 2 Year Discount – 75% LTV
Rate amended from 4.55% (2.34% off Landlord Variable Rate) to 4.75% (2.14% off Landlord Variable Rate) – BTD133 (previous code – BTD131)
Income Flex – 2 Year Discount – 80% LTV

Income Flex – 2 Year Discount – 90% LTV
