Full Mortgage Range Withdrawal Notification – Product End Date Change Only
We would like to give you notice that we will be withdrawing both our New Business and Product Transfer mortgage product range at 11:59pm Wednesday 22nd July. We will then relaunch a new range of products on new fixed end dates, and rates remaining the same, the following morning, Thursday 23rd July. Please note that pricing on the core new range will be unchanged, with the only change to the product end dates.
Transition arrangements
Decisions in Principle, with product selected, must be completed by Wednesday 21st July by 11:59pm.
To ensure we can progress your case as smoothly as possible, please ensure all fees are paid and mandatory documents are uploaded, with the case progressed to the ‘Application Received’ stage by 5:00pm on Wednesday 29th July. Without these, we may not be able to progress your case and may have to return it to the DIP stage.
