We’ve reduced our minimum property valuation across our BTL range, with both Prime and Core products now available on properties valued from £75,000.
This change is designed to give your clients greater flexibility, helping you support landlords purchasing or remortgaging a lower valued property which may previously have fallen outside our criteria.
