TSB is making further selected rate increases.
On Tuesday 28 July, TSB is making the following rate increases to selected Residential and Buy to Let products.

Please submit existing applications for these products by the end of Monday 27 July, as they won’t be available after this time.
- 3 Year Fixed House Purchase and Remortgage, by up to 0.20%
- 5 Year Fixed House Purchase and Remortgage, by up to 0.15%
- 5 Year Fixed Affordable Housing House Purchase, by up to 0.15%
- 2 and 5 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV House Purchase, by up to 0.20%
- 2 and 5 Year Fixed 60-75% LTV Remortgage, by 0.10%

On Friday 31 July, TSB is making the following rate increases to selected Product Transfer and Additional Borrowing products.

- Residential 2 and 5 Year Fixed, by up to 0.15%
- Residential 3 Year Fixed 60-85% LTV, by 0.05%
- Buy to Let 2 and 5 Year Fixed 0-60% LTV, by up to 0.10%
- Residential 2 and 5 Year Fixed, by up to 0.15%
- Residential 3 Year Fixed 60-80% LTV, by 0.05%
- Buy to Let 2 and 5 Year Fixed 0-60% LTV, by up to 0.10%
